The relationships between hydrometric variables and the presence of viruses suspended on the water’s blade were established through Spearman’s nonparametric correlation. Nonparametric statistics were used due to the data did not present a normal distribution by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Correlation analyses were performed between the variables studied and, in addition, a cluster analysis was performed for hierarchical method, using the Euclidean distance, by Ward’s method. The inference was realized considering a significance level of 5%. All statistical analyses were performed in the ActionStat software.
