RESULTS Figure 2 shows the relationship between AdV concentration, liquid discharge and water temperature in the four collection campaigns. Figure 2. Adv concentration versus liquid discharge and water temperature a) collection on 06/27/2016 b) collection on 09/24/2016 a) collection on 12/03/2016 b)collection on 03/18/2017 In relation to flows, there is an abrupt increase between points 5 and 6, on 06/27/2016, 09/24/2016 and 03/18/2017, this is due to a tributary (Cadeia River) between the respective points. On the other hand, the abrupt drop in flow from point 5, on 12/03/2016, occurred due to a precipitation of 34 mm from 13:00 to 18:00 hours, in the middle stretch of the watershed, consequently creating a flood wave. The collections were carried out in the direction downstream to upstream, from point 10 to point 6 during the morning, period in which the river level was still low. The collections from point 5 to point 1 were performed in the respective rainy season. Table 2 shows the correlations established between the presence of AdV and the precipitation, flow and temperature variables. A strong negative correlation is observed between precipitation and detection of HAdV-C and HAdV-F. Temperature has a strong nega-
